VC Ogechi Launches New Digital Learning and E-Library Platforms
In line with Kisii University's drive towards digital transformation in education, Vice Chancellor Prof. Nathan Oyori Ogechi officially launched two major digital platforms: the upgraded Kisii University E-Learning System (elearning.kisiiuniversity.ac.ke) and the KSU Digital Library powered by MyLoft.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, the Vice Chancellor emphasized that no student should be left behind in the digital age. "We are determined to ensure that every Kisii University student, regardless of their location or background, has access to world-class academic resources. These platforms are a significant step in that direction," he said.
The E-Learning platform enables students to access course materials, submit assignments, and interact with lecturers online, while the Digital Library provides access to thousands of journals, ebooks, and research databases.
